Hi, I’m Michael Keimeyer – a tech-driven problem solver with roots in social impact work and a growing voice in the Power Platform community. I believe digital tools should be practical, human-centered, and available to everyone – especially to those working in the public and nonprofit sector. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to build and share low-code solutions that truly make a difference.
📍 My Timeline – From Social Impact to Tech
🗂 Since June 2025 – AOZ Zürich (Administration)
Back at AOZ, now in an administrative role – applying my Power Platform skills to simplify processes in one of Switzerland’s federal asylum centers.
💡 2024–2025 – Junior Consultant at Adesso (Zurich)
Part of a trainee program in the Microsoft Competence Center, building apps and automated flows using Power Apps and Power Automate, and contributing to internal tool development.
🚀 2022–2024 – Digital Operations Manager at AOZ (Kreuzlingen)
Deputy team lead in a federal asylum center. Developed and deployed a complete Power App solution connected to SharePoint, enhancing team efficiency across attendance, clothing distribution, and pocket money tracking.
🧑💼 2022 – Sales Manager at Xanevo GmbH
Working at the intersection of sales and digital consulting, including Social Selling strategies and internal tool coordination.
🎤 2006–2021 – Event Management (Freelance & Entrepreneur)
Founder and CEO of an event agency focused on organizing promotional events, trade shows, and brand campaigns.
👨💻 Today
I combine my real-world experience in operations with Microsoft’s low-code stack – especially Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and SharePoint – to build solutions that solve real problems. I also regularly contribute to the community by volunteering at events like ColorCloud, European Collaboration Summit, and CTTT Tallinn.
